By purchasing tickets, you agree to our Non-Refundable Refund Policy, which states that all purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
• Payments: Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, or Mpaisa, as displayed on our website. For card transactions, your payment data will be collected and processed securely by Windcave, our trusted payment gateway provider. Ticket Fiji does not store your card details. For Mpaisa transactions, users must ensure the correct Mpaisa number is entered, as payments are final and cannot be reversed. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment method provider.
• Ticket Delivery and Access Tickets will be delivered electronically or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address or contact information provided for ticket delivery. Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time listed.
• Event Rules and Conduct You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set by the event organizers. Ticket Fiji is not responsible for the conduct of attendees or issues arising during events. Entry may be denied for reasons including but not limited to: improper behavior, failure to comply with security protocols, or possession of prohibited items.
• Cancellation or Postponement Ticket Fiji is not responsible for event cancellations or changes. In case of event rescheduling or cancellation, you must follow the organizer's policies for updates, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements.
• Prohibited Actions You agree not to:
- Resell or transfer tickets in violation of laws or event organizer policies.
- Use automated systems (bots) to purchase tickets.

• Total Costs of Goods or Services Offered, Including All Appropriate Shipping/Handling Charges and Taxes Our website, Ticket Fiji, exclusively sells event tickets. Tickets are delivered digitally via email within two minutes of successful payment. There are no shipping or handling charges, as all tickets are sent electronically. Any applicable taxes are included in the ticket price at checkout.
• Customer Service Policies Once a ticket is purchased, it will be electronically emailed to the email address provided at checkout within two minutes. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the order, customers will be notified within two days.
• Physical Goods We do not sell or send any physical goods. Our website, Ticket Fiji, exclusively sells event tickets, which are electronically emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
• Accepted Currency All transactions on Ticket Fiji are processed in Fijian Dollars (FJD). This is clearly stated on our website.
• Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy: No refunds are allowed. All ticket sales on Ticket Fiji are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a ticket has been purchased. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct event and ticket type before completing their purchase. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the event organizer will determine the refund or exchange policy, and customers will be informed accordingly.
